When is my order processed and what shipping methods are available?
- Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. (Please allow normal U.S.P.S. Priority Mail delivery time, 2 to 7 business days.) We work hard to ensure items are always in-stock; however, if we’re out-of-stock, we’ll inform you via the e-mail address you provide to us. Credit cards will not be charged until items are shipped. If you have placed your order with a personal check, there will be a 7 day hold until it clears our bank before we ship the item. A $30.00 fee will be charged for personal checks returned due to insuffeint funds.

How do I exchange an item I've received for something else?
- If you’ve kept your packing slip, fill out the exchange information on the back of the slip with the item(s) you would like to order and include it when sending your return merchandise. If the amount for the replacement item(s) exceeds the amount to be refunded (cost of the product only; shipping and handling can not be refunded unless the error was ours), please include payment for the additional amount. I lost my packing slip or never received one. What information do you need for my return?
- If you’ve lost your packing slip, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will search for your order and give you the information you need to include with your return, including your order number. Ship your return merchandise to the address above. Don’t forget to inlcude your order number with your package! We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we can not give credit for items that we do not receive.
What if I received the wrong item(s) or my order was damaged in transit?
- For fastest service, e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.
Will I get a full refund for my return?
- If you return the item in new condition within 30 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn or washed, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). We can not refund original or return postage unless we shipped the wrong item , it was damaged in transit, or the item is defective. If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will search for your order.
How long does it take to get my refund?
- We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the method you used to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 – 10 business days for us to receive your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return. If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via U.S. first-class mail.
How do I apply a discount code?
- We process all discount codes immediately upon check out of the item(s). You must place the discount code in the supplied box at check in order to receive your discount. If you fail to apply your discount code upon check out, you will NOT receive the reduced price. There are no exceptions.

What guarantee do you offer on your products?
- We want you to be happy! If you are ever disappointed, any items in original condition (with tags attached) may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. Postage, shipping and handling are not refundable.

How much does shipping cost and must I pay sales tax?
- Shipping and sales tax will be calculated and added to your order for customers inside the United States. U.S.P.S. Priority Mail shipping costs start at only $7.99 and you will receive your purchase within 2 to 7 business days. Sales tax is collected if delivery is made in the state of Florida. Please add 6% sales tax when placing an order in Broward County, Florida.
Do you offer international shipping?

How do I inform you of an address change so I can continue to receive your mailings?
- To update your account with your current address, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and include both your previous and new addresss.
I no longer wish to receive mailings from SportBikeTshirts.com. How do I get my name removed from your mailing list?
- To be removed from our mailing list, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Include your complete name and the mailing address you would like us to remove. It will be removed within 24 hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You don't need to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. We never store your credit card details.
